چکیده

Nowadays, nanotechnology has gained promising advantages in the medical and pharmaceutical field by improving delivery of drug to target site. Morinda citrifolia L. belongs genus family Rubiaceae know as ‘Pokok Mengkudu’ Malay. Aqueous extract treated with copper (II) sulfate results formation oxide nanoparticles. The size synthesized nanoparticles (CuONPs) was 10-30nm spherical shape using TEM analysis. UV spectrophotometer showed absorption peak at 306nm. SEM analyses confirm surface morphology shaped particles. FTIR spectroscopy broad bands between 2800 4000 cm−1 C-O, OH, C=O stretch are associated Zeta potential value 21.8 mV -6.45 confirms stability These CuONPs good antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 33591) 20mm, epidermidis 35984) 16 mm, Salmonella typhi, 17mm Escherichia coli 25922) 18mm Vibrio cholerae 20mm. also had significant properties Methicillin-resistance (MRSA) 4330). show synergistic affect along Ceftriaxone, Gentamycin Amoxicillin antibiotic bacterial pathogens respectively.

Hypericin Extracts Antibacterial Effect of Cultivated Hypericum perforatum Against Staphylococcus aureus Susceptible and Methicillin-Resistant

Staphylococcus aureus are important factors for infections that acquired of hospital and community. Infections caused by methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus mainly of hospital origin, which in many countries is increasing. For this reason, many researchers have tried to find new compounds as a substitute for these antibiotics. Hypericin is the active substance H.perforatum and licone ma...

Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)

Staphylococcus aureus is responsible for a broad range of clinical infections, most notable of which are cases of bacteremia and endocarditis. Staphylococcus aureus is an important cause of serious infections in both hospitals and the community. Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) were first reported in 1961 and the first hospital outbreak of MRSA was reported in 1963. When MRSA ...

Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)

Staphylococcus aureus is an opportunistic pathogen often carried asymptomatically on the human body. Methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA) includes those strains that have acquired a gene giving them resistance to methicillin and essentially all other beta-lactam antibiotics. MRSA was first reported in 1961, soon after methicillin was introduced into human medicine to treat penicillinresistant...
